Bill Alexander, PECEO, CTO and founder
Bill is the developer of IPC’s breakthrough current-modulation power converter technology. He is a prolific inventor with over 12 granted US patents. He has previous startup experience and has lead the Company from incubation, through product development, and positioned IPC for widespread industry adoption. Bill received B.S. and M.S. Mechanical Engineering degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.

Paul BundschuhVP of Business Development
Paul has expertise in business and market development for disruptive signal processing technologies. He started successful new businesses at Motorola Semiconductor and at Waves Audio. He also has extensive international technical sales experience including in China and Japan. Paul received B.S. and M.E. Electrical Engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as an Executive MBA at The University of Texas at Austin.

Charles De Tarr, CPA, CVACFO
Charles has experience as VP of Finance or CFO at several energy technology companies including American Electric Power. Charles also has founded, owned and operated contracting firm with 50 employees. Charles received a B.S. Business Administration from Ithaca and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
